• The Town Centre Partnership is fully supporting the Newbury Business Improvement District initiative
  
  
•  With a “Yes” vote for the Newbury BID in April 2012 the existing TCP structure will not be required.
  
  
• The newly formed BID Board, with members elected from businesses in the BID area, will be asked to consider taking on some, non-operational, aspects of the TCP.
  
  
•  There will no longer be a need to fund the Town Centre Partnership from local voluntary contributions.
